　　就读穗群原学园的普通女生伊莉雅，在某天遇到了自称人工天然精灵的魔法露比万花筒之杖，并强制地被缔结契约，成为了魔法少女伊莉雅。此时已是红宝石之星持有人的她，也变成了万花筒之杖原持有者的魔术师远坂凛的奴隶，在其的命令之下，被迫帮忙回收职阶卡片。有一天遇到了从凛手上逃出来的万花筒之杖，并被强制变成魔法少女，成为魔法红宝石的持有人，被魔法红宝石的原主人凛强制要求帮其收回卡片。借由魔法红宝石的力量变身为魔法少女·Prisma伊莉雅。平常喜欢看魔法少女的动画DVD，所以愿望是成为魔法少女。就读穗群原学园小学部，兴趣是看动画。跑50米短跑总是不输给男生，但是却输给美游。因处理地脉正常化的仪式出了差错，导致从伊莉雅身上分离出来并实体化的人格。皮肤较伊莉雅黝黑，发色也偏银色，服装类似Archer，但比较裸露。性格较伊莉雅来的狡猾，但除了凛、露维亚、美游及伊莉雅的母亲外，没人认得出来她不是伊莉雅，为了方便和伊莉雅区别，而被凛取名叫“小黑”，而克洛伊·冯·爱因兹贝伦为自己掰出来的名子。原本为了抹除伊莉雅而不择手段的攻击，但被凛及露维亚活捉，并被下了共享痛觉的血印诅咒，计划因此泡汤，之后转学到伊莉雅班上。伦敦时钟塔的魔术师，魔法红宝石原持有人，根据大师傅的命令而与露维亚一起来到冬木市进行卡片的回收工作。擅长的魔术是宝石魔术，本期时钟塔的首席候选。刚刚留学。因使用魔法少女的力量与露维亚争执，而被红宝石抛弃。本作的凛个性较为活跃；服装也较为多变与少女化倾向。而第二部开始，因为宝石用完却没钱补充的关系，便在露维亚的家中担任女仆，对士郎有好感。与凛一起回收卡片任务的魔术师。魔法莎菲亚的原持有人，由于在冬木市的上空与凛开始争执而被魔法蓝宝石抛弃。芬兰人，是魔术世家艾德费尔特当家，虽然非常富有但本身却非常讨厌无谓的花费；和远坂凛同样擅长宝石魔术，曾说过：“荷包的深浅之别就代表战力之间的决定性差距！”在时钟塔留学时遇见与自己能力类似的远坂凛，因个性不合导致两人交恶，甚至是已经到了水火不容、一山不容二虎的地步，每次一见面绝对是以开战收场，对士郎有好感，总会妄想自己与士郎结婚的未来。自称爱和正义的魔法杖。被称之为愉快型魔术礼装，虽然是人工天然精灵但是性格恶劣。第二魔法的应用的一级品的魔术礼装。能够使用多元转变，让使用者能够下载平行世界的技能。在变身的同时能够让使用者使用A级的魔术障壁、物理保护、促进治疗、身体能力强化等常备能力。
